welll i have an english rom motosurf.. if anybody can help me get it i will deff do.. i have dumped my files and im not sure if i could use that to make an rom. i know this is needed by lots of motosurf users so if anybody can help plz let me know

soory i found this link in other site my phone in chinese .. i try to replace windows files with this but its not work ,,

it seems hex file not nbh
can find no rom except CHT or CHS and they are 6.1 20780
