hi i flash speed droid on my sp but after flash this mod bravia not work
i reflash rom but bravia not work i flash rom again and again but problem not solve please help me :crying:
i am on lock bootloader

Somebody answered u ->HERE

Anyway what u can do is:

1. PRO way. Flash STOCK ROM (12.0.A.2.245 for ex.) with latest FLASTOOL 0.9.11.0

or

2. NOOB way. Make a repair with SUS or Sony PC Companion :highfive:

Make a backup of your SD Internal Card and flash the Stock Rom how i show u in this pic:

some times album app try too load bravia but cant load it
i use album app every day and i khow that bravia work or not work
iam sure that my bravia not work

did you back up your TA partition, you know, just in case... try using that TA backup tool and see if it is intact, and do make a copy.

do you know if flashing this would or will break a working BE on devices that do not have issues with it? i would definitely like to try it but i'm afraid that it would ruin my bravia engine.

Exactly what I am facing now. I had installed Pure Experience ROM, and then went back to stock.
But since then, BE2 has not been working.
I seriously am in a fix about what to do. I just need BE2 back.
I flashed 2 different stock ROMs, 2.245 and 2.254. BE2 isn't working in any.

I am on locked bootloader, rooted. I even restored my TA partition, but in vain.
I guess I lost BE2 forever.

Could you find any fix? Please share if you could.

if u have backup of your old rom restore it to fix bravia engine or flash new rom( 254) and use your rom about 10 hr then go to setting -developer option and enable FORCE GPU RENDERING and DISABLE HW OVERLAYS and reboot your phone after that bravia work
if your bravia not work do this again and again
i use 3times this way to solve bravia engine problem

Strange thing. I did what you asked me to do, that is, to restore my ROM, it worked.
I did the other technique, flashing a new ROM, then enabling those two options, didn't work.

Here's the interesting part : Flashed a new ROM, changed the date and time, and oh yeah, the beauty is back! :)

    Didn't need to. I just flashed a clean ROM using flashtool, changed the date from 1970 to 2013, and it worked.

    Confirmed result : After getting BE2 to work again, I tried to change the date to 1970, 1980 as well as 1990.
    In all the above cases, BE2 stopped working.


    So, I presume, it has got something to do with the date. Presumably, Sony didn't come up with the idea of
    Bravia Engine before 2000 ;) Hence doesn't allow us to use it before that :p
