I had the same problem with the right side of the screen "sticking" when switching to a different tab. I copied the HTCHomeSettings.xml file to my window directory and voila all fixed. I know it says to only use this file if you are using 128 dpi but it worked for me at 96 dpi.

The clock was a bit messed up but by going into M2DC on the Home XML tab and unchecking the "enable analog clock" and "enable digital clock" clicking apply and then going back and reenabling them it worked fine.

Download the file in step 7 from the link above on your PC and extract it. Then copy the HTCHomeSettings.xml file to the Windows directory on your PPC - you may need to use RescoExplorer since you will need to overwrite the file already there.

Well, I am running into same problem. I am very green at this and gave it alot of thought to even install this because of the known issues of installing but I jumped in with both feet and am trying to give it a shot. I am having trouble with the .xml settings. I think I have installed everything, but adding the settings file to the phone has been not too easy for me. I have downloaded and opened up the settings file on my pc but are you suppose to to copy that whole long file and install it to the windows folder on the phone? I have a windows folder I can access from the phone but it doesn't show up when exploring the phone files from activesync so I am not sure what to do here.
It would be alot easier if the "windows folder" would show up on my pc while using activesync to explore files and folders on the phone.

If you want to see ALL of the folders on your PPC through Windows Explorer on your PC you need to go into folder options in windows explorer and go to the VIEW tab and click the button next to show hidden files and uncheck the box that says Hide System Files. I don't believe that you can copy this file to Windows on your PPC this way though. I think you need to copy it to your PPC (storage card) first. Then on your PPC with Resco Explorer find the file and click and hold on the file. A submenu will pop up, choose MOVE and then choose the Windows folder. If it ask you to overwrite, choose yes.

Using SecondToday with Manila 2D

For anyone interested, I was able to set up SecondToday with TouchFlo 2D. I have it set up so TouchFlo is the default screen but by clicking by left softkey labeled Today I can switch to my original today screen that uses SPB PocketPlus with Weatherpanel on the home screen. If I want to go back to TouchFlo I click on my left softkey labeled Manila 2D. This gives me the benefits of TouchFlo but still gives me access to PocketPlus and Weatherpanel. I am then also to still utilize all of my previous Today plugins. See attached screenshots.

a few problems. on the peoples tab i am unable to add any new contacts. on the internet tab the youtube app doesn't launch. on the weather tab i an unable to add any city. i also cannot add any programs on the program launcher.

What ROM are you using? The Cfay WM 6.5 rom?
Windows Mobile 6.5 and manila 2d don't work together. These problems your describing sound very specific to windows mobile to 6.5.

anyways, if your using 6.1, then go to treocentral.com and go to the treo pro forum there and there is a very updated manila 2d in one cab thread there that i made.

XDA isnt very friendly to us treo users

Hi Everyone,

I'm a recent owner of the Treo Pro and I absolutely love it. I love the fact that I've been able to download and use TouchFlo 2D.

The issue I'm having is, I am only able to use 2 themes. The default and 1 other theme that I downloaded. When I attempt to use any other themes, I run into the same problem. 1/4 of my screen on the right side is stuck. I've searched several forums and the answer that I've found has been to replace the HTCHomeSetting XML....I've done this several times and this has not fixed the problem. I was wondering if there is another solution out there that I have yet to try. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am happy for your instructions here and I have followed all steps.

Everything seems to be working... but at weather tab, it is blank, to option to add city, no nothing, just blank.
What am I missing ?? please help. Thanks a lot.
