Default Help with TI backup

I'm planning on changing roms and would like to back everything up. How do setup TI backup so that everything is backed up? Do I choose backup apps or backup system data? I'd like to retain all my apps without having to download everything again, and the apps data.

Also will backing up apps back up and install bloat ware in the new rom?

Thanks

Thanks for the response. How do you usually backup in order to retain all of your settings? I'm trying to minimize setup time as much as possible, in between roms.

Go for batch backup.
