Unhappy [help] bricked after flashing ruu !!!!!!!!

I WAS TRYING TO S-off my htc inspire 4g........... so i was told to downgrade it to froyo
so i downloaded this RUU _____RUU_Ace_HTC_WWE_1.24.405.1_Radio_12.27.60.14b _26.02.00.29_M4_release_151852_signed_____
and flashed into my device

after flash it didn't turn on.. so i pulled the battery out and inserted it back

it takes up to 10mins to turn on and it vibrates constantly
it takes up to 20mins to boot into bootloader and gets stuck....... vol up & dwn and power button do not respond

seems like a HARD BRICK

pls help me restore my device.....thank u

i just took 3 cups of coffee .... sleep for 2 hours then i fired up my pc and started to fix things by my self..................

its working well now

i wasn't able to unlock my bootloader because of HTCDEV error msg and my device is s-on

so i extracted the boot.img from a custom rom and flashed via fastboot
then i boot modaco's recovery.................... flashed d rom and gapps

That is impossible. With a locked bootloader is not possible to flash partitions in fastboot. You must have been unlocked already and therefore the HTCdev error.
