Is it just a different area in the world or something?

There is nothing wrong with trying the uodate if all of the specs match up between your phones.

Just be prepared for the worst.
(I run an optimus v rom on my optimus u)
No need to download the whole android sdk or put adb in your path anymore!
Just extract my tool and run the adbClientLaunch script.

Look at this post. It's been discussed. The S7562C is not the same device as the S7562 unfortunately. Flashing the S7562C Jellybean firmware will most likely result in a bricked device. Don't do it.

Samsung Galaxy Ace II X
(GT-S7560M) - Android 4.3.1 JB - CM10.2 with some bugs

Released Works:Status: Add ".patch" to the end of the link to a Github commit, then download the commit as a patch using wget. *mindblown*
