Google play edition one is unlocked and has stock android, which will get rather timely updates from Google. At&t version (as with all other versions) have the touchwiz skin overlay, which give you the eye features and such. Check out videos for both and see which one you like, however remember that the GPE is purchased off contract for ~$650 I think.

Well i currently have an unopened MF3 GS4 and a N5, and was wondering if i should sell the the GS4 and return the N5 and get a Google play edition... lol basically Im just making a big deal about this :P

Like i payed $100 for my 32GB GS4 ATT phone and got the N5 for $400, was thinking to sell the GS4 to cover the cost the N5 just not sure what to do.. =(

Depends on your priorities, N5 is pretty nice and cheap, but it has it's problems. The S4 for the most part is okay in those areas. You CAN root and flash ROMS on mf3 though (using safestrap, however ROMS are limited) but I'd see why you you'd want to swap it. I'd go for a GPE (if you don't like the skins or awful ATT bloat). Then again, it's your decision, your money, your phone
