How to install RUU on hboot 1.54 and s-on.

Hi,
what do I need to do, to install a RUU on my One with hboot 1.54 and s-on.
TWRP is 2.6.3.3
Fastboot and ADB works.
But always error flashing any zip files.
"no MD5 file found"

how about what are you trying to accomplish, and why?

If (reading between your title and post), you're trying to flash (or maybe restore) an ruu.zip??

how about some details.
