Default Sky Go for Tablets

Apparently Sky Go 's new tablet app will work on the Xoom!

Currently returning to stock unrooted to see if it actually does. I don't really use my Xoom anymore and don't want to unroot my Nexus, so will be great if it does. Will report back.
Current Devices
Google Nexus 5
Motorola Xoom (Wingray)

Legacy devices
Motorola 7500 --> Sony CM-DX 2000 --> Cellnet Easylife --> Sony Ericsson T68 --> Sagem myX5 --> Orange SPV C600 --> HTC Touch --> HTC Touch HD --> Samsung Galaxy S --> Samsung Galaxy SIII (GT-i9300)

It works an absolute treat. Really good quality streaming.

It makes me sad how quiet these boards are these days.

Good to hear - I have it currently installed on a Nexus 7 as well as parents IPad so I now have choices although needing to unroot is a pain in the arse....

Is there anyway we can get the app to work whilst rooted? And if I need to unroot (which I really dont want to as certain apps I use need root) do I need to lock boot loader?

Not a chance mate, it's properly locked down. You can't use any of the normal ways to hide root, like moving or renaming su or anything.

Not sure about the boot loader though.
