Lightbulb [Q] copying MP4 files

i can't transfer FLV and MP4 files to my S4?

does anyone has the same problem??

how can i fix this?

I never had a problem like this. Try AirDroid to Copy the files

I can't even imagine what would cause this unless it's a restriction on the computer's end and not the phone's.

Are these really big files? Like multiple gigabyte? That might be the reason.

If not, try just renaming them to *.txt or something else and see if they transfer then. If it works rename them *.mp4 from the phone.

i rename mp4 to mp and its transfer, no, they are smaller than 1 gb!
