Default GPS Antenna replacement

i'm having a problem with my gps:
no matter what navigation software i use it doesn't determine my real location although my GPS is turned on and mobile data location is also enabled and i also tried it in my house with Wi-Fi.
for example in waze (a popular navigation app in israel) it says no GPS signal although after like 10 minutes of waiting it found my real location and than again said no gps signal.

i need to replace my GPS antenna on my galaxy s i900 and i saw some take-apart videos but they don't show how they remove the antenna at all and i need to know how to remove it so i can replace it with a new one.
if someone can give me alink to a video or an explanation on how to remove it it would be really helpful!

if there is another solution to this problem i would be really happy to know about it (something like a software fix)
