Default [Q] Very strange brick

Can anybody tell me, where the flag, forses Tab to load recovery mode, is situated?
Now my Tab can't load in normal mode, only recovery and downloading modes. Volume and power buttons are working - I can choose and run any item in menu.
Recovery of 3 working backups have no result. (Recovery process reports success)
