Default [Q] HTC one gpe conversion 4.4 cannot unlock bootloader

Hi all, apologies of this had already been dealt with.
I ran the gpe 4.4 ruu and everything went smoothly.
I relocked my boot loader and now cannot unlock it.
Tried the unlock bin and fastboot OEM unlock and nothing works.

Any help is appreciated?

I am currently
S off
Hboot 1.54
Relocked
Cid is googl01

Will flashing 4.22/4.3 gpe ruu solve this??

do you have root?

if yes;

adb shell
su
echo -ne "HTCU" | dd of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p3 bs=1 seek=33796
(i would very strongly recomend you copy/paste this)

if no root; you'll need to flash the older hboot from the 4.3 gpe and then you can use fastboot oem unlock.
here's a link to the older hboot you can flash in ruu mode: http://www.mediafire.com/download/7d...43%20hboot.zip
