I am pretty sure there are more than two threads in the Xperia M sections about this topic and the current conclusion is that there isn't one.

I had considered doing it before, but you can't really boot to a clean CWM environment using some hacky methods. Also, it's not really useful anyway, since without unlocked bootloader, you cannot install non stock-based ROMs (i.e. AOSP/CM/etc. which might happen to appear in the future, who knows?), which is the major use of CWM. (Even the current CWM for unlocked bootloader don't have many use at the moment.)

So I said to myself: I'll just forget about it and focus on something else.

There are CWM for locked bootloader for other Xperia devices (I think, which involves replacing charger binary or something similar, I think). I believe the same method can be used on Xperia M, just need to put in the correct charger binary and CWM ramdisk, but then someone else will need to do it and test. Not me though.
Current device: Xperia M (C1905) - MultiROM Xperia M

Past devices: Xperia Neo V, iPAQ 212
