Failed to install CM10

Default Failed to install CM10

I am currently rooted on 4.4 with Franco Kernel and tried to flash CM10.2 and getting Flash Failed, any reasons why?
Devices:
LG Google Nexus 5 (Current Phone)
iPad 2 7.0.4 Jailbroken (Current Tablet)
ASUS Nexus 7 2013 (Sold)
ASUS Nexus 2012 (Sold) (Rooted, Stock 4.4, Franco Kernel)
International Galaxy S, S2, S3, S4 x3 (All sold)
HTC Desire C (Backup Device) (CM10, N.O.P.E Kernel)
LG Nexus 4 x2 (Water Damaged x1)
iPhones [iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4, 4S, 5] (All sold)

1. Bad download, redownload the file and check with Hashcheck that u got the proper file.
2. Old recovery (try updating ur recovery to recent version.
3. disable hashcheck in recovery (some times it dont match)

1. I downloaded from cwm website, so should be correct.
2. Could you point me to the latest?

Re-download the ROM file.

Found out that i had a buggy recovery. Flashed CWM Touch and worked like a charm.
