Used another USB cable and same thing. It is almost like it disconnects as soon as it goes into download mode. I will get a drive install box come up in Windows and stay at around 8 percent.
I had this problem. If you have a custom theme on windows casual will not work. You have to be on stock windows.

Its junk basically. Had non stop issues on Mac (supposedly the best), Linux and windblows till one time it magically just worked

Verizon Note 2 Issues
I have a Note SCH-I605 while I was trying to install a custom ROM it went dead. Once after the even I was able to restore the firmware but it doesn't shows the IMEI, Base-band & SIM card is not found.
Anyone who can suggest how it can be fully restore would be much appreciated!
