Default [Q]Power on Camera button AOSP

Hey all.... Long time Evo user here and I have yet to find either a setting or zip file that I can use the camera button as a power on or just wake from sleep. My power button either is shot or it's the ROM but I have been very frustrated with having to beat the crap out of the button to get it to recognize. I am on a 4.3 AOSP Carbon ROM TIA! I know this is possible with a sense based rom but I despise sense (sorry dev's, you do great job)
