Default [Q] WiFi Issues

I'm having trouble with my WiFi at home. When connected I can browse the web just fine with any browser (Chrome, Browser). However, when trying to use an app that needs the internet it refuses to connect and I have to use mobile data. Im not sure if this is a problem with my phone or my router. Anyone have any ideas?

My phone is running CM 10.1.3 on a Verizon SIII with no additional kernels (I do need one with fast charge however).

Could my AdBlock Plus maybe be causing the issue since it goes through a proxy?

Well a little update.

I disabled ABP and the problem still persists. This is really annoying and I have no other ideas.

Tried those just now and of course my WiFi is down at the moment. Will post as soon as I can test it. Thanks for the suggestion.
