Default If I have M919UVUEMK2 Baseband

If I have the M919UVUEMK2 Baseband on my S4 what can or can't I flash?

I realize this is a very simplistic question but I am going blind reading through all the threads

Thanks for the response then why when I attempt to flash a 4.4 rom it gets stuck at the Galaxy s$ screen. I end up pulling battery restoring backup

I have no idea why it would do that but I do know that it has
nothing to do with the 4.3 rom or the MK2 baseband and most
likely it has all to do with user error.
Have a great day, enjoy!

Don't forget it takes less time to click the "THANKS" button than to type "thank you".
(unless you type very fast).

After you flash the new ROM, make sure you wipe cache and dalvik as a precaution. Try letting the phone sit there for a few minutes also before pulling the power.

A lot of things could have cause this. Are you checking for MD5 sum to match? This alone probably accounts for most ROM getting stuck at Samsung Galaxy screen posts.
