Default [Q] How to recover apps & data after Flashing?

Hi,

Is it possible to recover my apps & data after I have used TWRP to wipe everything and then flashed a new ROM? I have made a backup before I flashed so can i use that to recover my apps & data? If so what options do i use?

Thanks

You can, but you must create a separate backup of the data and cache partitions in TWRP before wiping and flashing. At least, that's how I've alas done it.
