Default Can't root using CF Auto Root (m919uvuemk2)

After I try rooting using odin and cf auto root, it restarts the phone but does not have supersu installed. What am I doing wrong?

Odin flash cf-autoroot again but this time before starting Odin un-check the
"auto reboot" box in odin and after it gets done flashing either hold the power
button until the phone turns off completely or pull the battery after odin flashing.

Once the phone is completly powered down restart it and the phone will be rooted.

With some phones a total power down and not simply
a reboot is required for cf-autoroot to stick.

Good luck!

That way
Have a great day, enjoy!

Don't forget it takes less time to click the "THANKS" button than to type "thank you".
(unless you type very fast).

Oh I figured it out, I just had to go download supersu in the app store and it let me update my binaries.

Just to clarify for everyone else, CF-AR worked but you simply needed to download a Superuser Manager such as Superuser or SuperSu.

I think it only works on supersu because I've tried to install superuser after I odined flashed CF-AR and it didn't even said I was rooted I downloaded superuser root fix and it said I didn't have root then I downloaded supersu and it said I had root...

Default Won't boot or root.

Having 2 big problems.

Problem 1-I'm on wicked v8. On friday, my s4 stopped booting up. Here's what I've done so far:

-Reboot,
-Battery pull.
-Wiped and restore blackup,
-Tried another rom,
-Factory reset,
-Tried to odin back to stock,
But still won't boot

I've called t-mobile and they sent me a replacement.

Problem 2-I'm trying to root the replacement (on MDL). But odin keeps failing. What I've done so far is:

-Used 3 different odins
-Tried flashing Chainfire CF-Auto-Root via odin.
-Tried flashing ROOT_M919UVUAMDL.zip.

I've been searching & trying since friday to solve this on my own, but no luck. Sorry if I asking on wrong thread.

I tried 3.07, 1.83 & 4.03.

Edit: Solved my rooting problem by switching USB cords. Flashed CF Auto-root, wicked v8 & starting fresh.
