Default [Q] *#7482# not working

Hey, I have the T Mobile variant of S4. I need to use the menu of *#7284# for unlocking my phone with SRS, but the command does nothing. What can I do?

Edit: I have wrote *#7482# by mistake in the title, I meant *#7284#.

Are you on the stock TouchWiz ROM?

Yes. I even restored it with Kies just to be sure.
