[Q] Why do voice calls use so much battery?
First off, im not complaining about the n5's battery, i think its great, i can get over a day on it with 4.5h screen time.
But ive just come off the phone and my battery is on 74% with 1h 11mins SoT with 34% usage, and voice calls for 30 mins with 26% usage. So if you compare them, voice call is actually using more power than my screen? (eg. if I had 1h 11 mins of voice calls, that would be using about 70% of the battery compared to the screen using 34% for the same time)
How does that work?
Normal (dumb) phones could make phone calls with barely a dent on battery life, how come the n5 struggles so much?
