Crying helps. Can't remember why.. I think it's some chemical that causes depression that is expelled in tears.. Could be wrong though.

I recently had the same thing bro. What I did to get over it is just doing something that entertains me, like listening to music, etc. But if it was true love it would be hard to move on though.
