Palm swipe to screen shot on 4.3?

Is it possible? Or has this option been removed? As a person that do a lot of screen shots it was very convenient to just swipe my Palm and capture an image.

Setting/control/scroll down to motion...long press...scroll down to swipe to screen capture.
