Default Attn bootloader devs

I hope this bit of info helps someone out. I'm still quite a programming noob and don't exactly have a direction to go with this.

Did you happen to read the dates on the articles?

Yea and on digging around found it was the loki exploit. I was overly excited when originally posting but maybe there is a simular exploit in our bootloader.

ATT S4; First major update MF3 blocked all exploits including loki. And the following updates prevent further attempts like bootstrap. Only dev activities on ATT S4 forum is for people who bought phone for first few months (before MF3 preloaded) and didn't update to MF3 by freezing apks. Very few left and almost dead like ours. And they even cannot flash official 4.3 because of incapability of radio/bootloader. And all of this happened before ATT Note3 comes out. So basically no way.
