The tutorial is for the Sprint Galaxy Note II but works the same for just about every Sprint/Samsung device. Let us know how it goes for you.

Wish I knew this before changing roms. I loved my old rom that was perfect, but decided to upgrade since i was so sick of that notification every 10 minutes. Now my new one is just OK even though it's the best i've found out of the 4.3 and 4.4. roms. I wish i remember which rom i was using before so i could switch back!
