Default How can I understand the background data usage?

Hi,

On my router report, I can see my Android phone keeps transferring about 20-50 KB of data per minutes. About 30 download and 20 upload.

The phone is left untouched during this period of time.

I downloaded Network Connection and found a few

173.194.43.34 by Motorola Slpc System
192.55.24.46 by Motorola Notification

One host, 212.143.133.53 is reported by my router but I can't find it in Network Connection. How can I find out which app is doing this?

Thanks
gTablet, DRH Jelly Bean 4.3
Kindle Fire HD 8.9, PAC-man
Moto X XT1058, AT&T 4.4
Samsung Galaxy S4 i337, AT&T, 4.3 rooted

There is no break-down there. Any way to get that?
