Default [Help] installing kernals

Hey
I have been trying custom roms and mods but never tried custom kernal.
But now i want to give it a try.
I was a kernal for daily use like the one with htc write protection disabled.... Which one should i use and how do i revert back to stock... Please help...

Choose one from Original Android Development Section, they are all with write protection disabled and loads of other features. Most of them are stable, the one with reported problems is only nexus kernel v4 alpha, v3 is working fine for example...

For going back to stock I think you need to flash boot.img from ur current rom.Correct me i am wrong.

There are stock kernels and ROMs in the development index (like here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2239511, download the boot.img attached to the OP)
