Default Windows 7 wifi issues

So my computer randomly stopped working with the internet.
It connects to the wifi but will not get any websites.
I try to connect to WiFi hotspot it will not connect
Ping works
No apps can use wifi either xbmc or steam

Attempted solutions
Disable wifi
Restarted multiple times
Rolled back to older restore points twice
Flushed DNS
Checked system files
All other devices work on this wifi

Please help

1. Run elevated command prompt. (find CMD, right click and run as administrator)
2. Type: netsh winsock reset
3. press ENTER
4. The following message should be seen: "Successfully reset the Winsock Catalog. You must restart the computer in order to complete the reset."
5. Restart computer.

Probably posted while on the loo
