So I flashed my backup of tkrom to see what kernel I am on. And it says ktoons kernel so I flash the newest kt kernel on the axisrom still doesn't work. Anyway around this?

i'm pretty sure i have that card too. 64gig sandisk ultra that's red and gray...anyways
what format is it? if it is exFAT, I would assume your first rom is exFAT compatible and the others aren't.
what does it say when you go to storage?i had to mess around with fat32 and exfat when my replacement card came and my phone would just say 0.0 as the size...wouldn't say unable to mount or that it wasn't present...i formatted it to fat32 to make sure my card was readable, and it worked perfectly, so that wasn't the issue.
I was using paranoid android 4.4.2 and it didn't work when i was using 12/03 ktoons, but after the next update it gave my phone exfat compatibility, so that was pretty good timing...but i'm rambling
sounds like you probably have exfat compatibility on your current rom, but the others you tried do not support it...make sure the kernel you flash supports it too.
last thing was that the changelog of ktoons said it was compatible with exfat, but it ended up not being compatible. just throwing that out there in case you run into the same situation.
last thing, fat32 is compatible with everything afaik.
