Unhappy [Q] mmcblk0p31.img copied wrong. Need help!

I have been trying to downgrade my HTC Evo 3d GSM hboot from 1.52.0007 for a few days now and I was going through the tutorial here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1471246.

I got to the bit were I was suppose to copy the file mmcblk0p31 from the dev/block to my sdcard and that went OK. However when I opened the file in XVI32, it was empty. As far as I could see the only code in the file on the tutorial was shown, so I copied it and sent it back to the dev/block. As I sent it I realized there must have been more on the file because i only sent back 32 records and 16384 bytes.

Can someone tell me if I can fix this and get my hboot to 1.49 so I can s-off? Can someone just send me the mmcblk0p31.img file?

So far I am stock, rooted, and unlocked. I changed my CID to HTC__001. I have backups so I can get back to my rooted phone with viper ROM.

I have HTC Evo 3d GSM
bootloader:
Shooter_U pvt ship s-on RL
HBOOT-1.53.007
eMMC-boot

Any other info needed?
