Install 4.1.2 custom rom on 4.3 bootloader

I was going to say just use Odin to return to stock JB. I found that advice in a thread about this for at&t, but later on the thread a Canadian user said it worked for him.

how do u reset knox counter

Not possible....

The bootloader would need a downgrade...and so far....we can't do that.....g
