Default [Q] Flash changed Statusbar Icons

Hi guys!

I wanted to flash my changed statusbar icons (aosp -> sense) but I have no idea how to do it without killing my whole UI and the phone says that SystemUI.apk has stopped.

I have the framework-res.apk installed (with apktool) and I extraced the original SystemUI.apk to find the pngs. I thought it would work with finding/replacing the icons and dragging them into a renamed SystemUI.zip and then rename it back to SystemUI.apk and then replace it in ES File Manager (BIG MISTAKE -.-)...

Any tipps how to do it properly?

cheers,
z3xi0n

EDIT:
Now I tried it with a flashable ZIP and different versions of my SystemUI.apk (tried to build with apktool, get many errors, dragged the icons into SystemUI.apk via 7zip, dragged SystemUI.apk into the flashable zip in the right folder) but I still get "SystemUI has stopped working" after entering my pin code.

Any ideas how to do it? ^^
