Default [Q] Unlock Key From T-Mo

I requested and got an unlock key from T-Mo, but it does not work. Keeps saying unsuccessful when I try.

I have inserted an un-activated AT&T sim card when trying to unlock.

I'm not sure about this, but is the reason because the sim card I insert is not activated?

Thank you for any responses that'll help.

That would be my guess. Are you on the stock ROM?

I would say to ask anyone else for a gsm sim card to let you test it. I'm sure you know at least one person with an active att sim card

It has to be activated.

You should have gotten Email from Tmobile
giving you exact instructions how to unlock
including the code which is required.

If you did not get the email, simply call your local
tmobile store and ask them for the procedure but
don't ask them for the CODE just the instructions.

Good luck!
Have a great day, enjoy!

Don't forget it takes less time to click the "THANKS" button than to type "thank you".
(unless you type very fast).
