Stock Recovery not installing/flashing

Default Stock Recovery not installing/flashing

So long story short I went ahead and unrooted, i did FXZ both keep data and complete wipe and for whatever reason i cannot get the stock recovery back. Any ideas??
Verizon Wireless

Current Phone: HTC Droid DNA 4G LTE

Rooted & Unlocked Motorola Droid:Retired
Rooted & Unlocked HTC Thunderbolt:Retired
Rooted & Unlocked HTC Rezound:Retired
Rooted & Unlocked Galaxy Nexus:Retired
Rooted & Unlocked White Galaxy S III:Retired
Rooted & Unlocked Pebble Blue Galaxy S III:Retired

more info please. How are you attempting to flash the stock recovery? Do you get an error? What happens when you try to boot into stock recovery from the bootloader menu?

It gets the android with a red triangle with a ! in the middle. Flashed back to 12.15.15 after the failed kit kat update bricked my phone

when you get the android with the red triangle press and hold vol up and press power momentarily and you will go into stock recovery.
