Well guys I fixed it!!!!! Got to looking around more in Epst service programming and my mobile network code was wrong.. The mobile Country code was wrong so were the home Sid/Nid . So i took my wife's cricket phone and dialed into her epst and matched the 4 afore mentioned categories. Then commit changes rebooted and Viola it is working almost flawless. Except my 4 g won't connect anymore.. I think it may be the changes that Russell had suggested I do in the posts above. Not sure how to get my 4g to start scanning and checking and connecting again... So if canyon has any insight on that let me know... And Yes I live in San Antonio so there is a pretty strong 4g in most metro areas... Thanks, swes013

I am guessing the update for some reason not sure why this happened to just me and no one else could replicate it or had the same problem... But maybe someone else will have the same issue in which case this thread will be extremely helpful....

I tried but I cannot remember exactly which it was set on..... There are a lot of choices as far as the signal type.. GSM cdma late wcdma and the like! I should have noted what is was prior to changing it. I didn't and I know better.

Need a favor... If you still have the 4.2.2 OTA saved then can you extract the firmware.zip file from inside the ota.zip and upload it, then send me a link. Got a guy over in AF who jacked his phone up so he can't upgrade naturally and he can't find a pure stock backup. So I gave him the boot.img and system.img from the 4.2.2, but to complete his phone he needs the firmware.zip to fix the buggy phone calls, etc. Many thanks in advance.
