Question [Q] Samsung S4 9505 Langauge Problem.

A few weeks ago my phone Samsung S4 4G (Factory unlocked) rebooted by itself, once it started all the icons which I had arranged were moved around. But the most worse problem was that the language had changed to some weird Russian language. After navigation with icons I finally changed the language back to English, now, since then all the websites I visit (Google, Youtube, Live.com, Facebook) go straight to that Russian language, in Mozilla, Chrome & the default browser.

My question is, is there a way that I can change the location back to English as default or something, its really getting on my nerves.

I tried turning on the GPS so it detects my locaiton, even allowed Google+ to access my location, I cleared Google Play Data/Cache, I even deleted Chrome/Mozilla/Default browser's cookies, histories and everything.

My phone is rooted using Odin and (CF-Auto-Root-jflte-jfltexx-gti9505.tar.md5)

My phone's ROM version and everything.
