Default No Notification Vibration

I am on barebone KJ6 and whenever i get a notification my phone no longer vibrates. I set vibrate to "always" in the settings. When i get a call, my phone will ring and vibrate, but when i get a text i only get the notification sound. If i set my phone on silent, then it works properly, but the ring and vibrate never works for notifications. The same problem is consistent with all types of notifications.

Does your messaging app have a section in it's settings for notifications?

At least on the one I'm running I can set the notifications for Messaging independently from the system defaults.

There is no option but installing AudioManager and making the notification volume equal the ringer volume worked. If i get an email i dont get vibrate, but that i dont mind.
