Post Flashing ASUS stock ROM, is it safe?

I use TWRP and I'm currently with CROMi-Xenogenesis 4.6.4 but I want to flash an ASUS Stock ROM. Will it be OK if I just flash Asus's newest update? Thanks!

Yes of course (just unzip the zip first - i.e., flash the zip inside the asus zip) - you'll lose TWRP and root though. Can I ask why you would want to?
