Default [Q] Factory Reset from bootloader has just wiped internal SD. Is this right?

I have never had my internal sd card wiped when performing a factory reset from within the bootloader.
Is this normal?

Sorry, not sure i understand what you're saying 😊
When i did the factory reset, it just mentioned wiping data then cache, not system or sd card.

I would say not normal on most Samsung devices (tested on S3, Note2 and a few other) - from recovery it should not format internal storage partition, only when factory-resetting from Settings.

But to be honest I never tried either one of those two on my Note 3, so I can not guarantee
