Hello mate, here's a lil bit tutorial, make sure you enable the USB DEbugging On your phone settings > More >Developer option and check USB Debugging. then Turn off your phone and make sure to follow the instruction here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2292615 if its still doesnt work then try this
1.Turn of your phone and Go to download mode
2.Root your phone with CF Auto Root http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2292615 Follow Chainfire instruction.
3.Install SuperSU 1.80 from Play Store.
4.Open SuperSU And Continue.
5.Reboot your Phone.
6.Install Terminal Emulator and type SU. then type pm disable com.sec.knox.seandroid

Edit: Use the search button next time , have a nice day
