He is from Israel. It will still work for him but not full signal accuracy (different optimized umts frequencies), so not full battery optimized for him...

Hello again , i can only give you a file that you can flash via odin , and i really dont know how to do it with flashable zip


GT-I9500 MK8 Modem Download/Extract the file and flash it via odin by selecting phone.:P "Remember to turn off your phone manually before flashing" have a nice day.
