Default Charging Animation while screen is OFF.

Hi,
First of all, I would like to apologize if this is the wrong section. Moderators, feel free to move this post, to the right section.
Second, I have searched a lot on this forum board, but failed to find anyone with a similar problem.
I am using HTC Explorer and as you know that HTC Explorer does not have a notification LED, therefore HTC has put a charging animation even when the screen is off. Can anyone tell me if I can get this feature in CyanogenMod 10? Thanks in advance.Click image for larger version

Thank you for your kind and fast reply. A few questions arise in my mind:
1. Is this ROM stable?
2. Can it be used as a "daily-driver"?
3. Will it be fast and fluid on my HTC Explorer?
4. Does this ROM support over-clocking? If not, what must I do to over-clock?
Thanks in advance
