Default [Q] stock to philz and vice versa

Hi,
I will be grateful if some one can clarify my doubts.
I have a rooted note 2 with flash counter as 0 (made 0 using traingle away).
If i install philz recovery what happens to my flash counter?
If I revert from philz to stock can i again use triangle away to reset flash counter?
So that I can install do a full recovery from odin to claim warranty.

(Note - triangle away will only work on older bootloaders... if you have upgraded to 4.3 with an mk9,mk3 bootloader, neither you can downgrade nor you can reset knox warranty void status)
Your flash counter will change to 1 if you are running a custom kernel or a custom recovery like philz...
Later when you want to claim warranty, flash stock recovery first and then use triangle away

custom recovery will lead to counter trigger and to reset you need to downgrade to 4.1.2 stock which is possible only if you are mj5 bootloader above that no solution its out of warranty

Being a noob is not an excuse to be stupid and lazy.

If you don't care about warranty, why you come here crying after you bricking your device and then asking how to claim the warranty ?
