First, You need to put the rom file in PDA tab, not where you are trying in Odin.
2nd, make sure there are no kies processes running.

And for the rom PA file, the recovery is not new enough to flash a 4.4 rom. Why in the world would you go for a kitkat rom and not a JB rom more stable.

H I see ur point but tried in PDA about 2 times adsed lod of different rom like including JB but none worked
