[Q] build a custom lockscreen?

Hi all,
I have looked all over the store and i couldn't find what i wanted, i have an idea of a lock screen i would really like but from what i see... no one has made it! I have some programming knowledge, I've looked into java... not much tho
How can i make a custom lock screen?
Is there a program i can use to design it without much code?
Any tutorials on how to make one?

Go to play store. Search WidgetLocker. Allows you to completely modify Lock screen with zero coding thing.
