Default [Q] themer beta on nook. Is it possible? alternatives?

I'm new to the androidverse (bought a nook hd 8gb on black friday, $79.00 woot!) I came across an app called themer beta, but google play sez it's not compatible with my nook (this version is incompatible). I've modified my nook by using a Carbon rom (many thanx to leapinar). I'm interested in themer because it's touted as rainmeter for android (love rainmeter on my desktop & laptop). Is there anyway to find out why themer is incompatible and bypass or fix the incompatibilty? Also, are there any alternatives to themer that will work on the nook hd?

Many thanx

I have it, and did a restore from Titanium. It will install, but it doesnt give any ability to see, or download any additional themes. Based on the app info on Playstore, it's designed for phones, not tablets

I concur and did the same thing. Restored from TB and while it installed fine I didn't have any options to download themes as none are designed for this resolution and Dpi combo. Maybe someday

A good alternative though is Buzz Launcher. Lots of theming options there.

a bit OT but I found this xwidget app that allows a lot of personalizations!
HTC One --- KitKat AHRD 40.3
Samsung Note 10.1" 2014 --- stock rooted
Nook ST --- stock rooted 1.21
