Question [Q] What to do with rooted device - help with debloating

OK, I have a rooted LG L9. I've been going through the various postings trying to figure out my next steps.

Debloat - how does one go about this? I've read to freeze the apps and then delete them. I'm OK with the freezing, but not sure how one goes about deleting an app. Apparently I have to change the root partition to RW; how do I do that?

Any other hints or help would be welcome.

Titanium Backup from the Google Play store can uninstall bloatware apps. You also can download Root App Delete too.
Devices I currently take care of:
My Samsung GP 4.0 (CM 10.1 w/ Impulse R2)
Brother's Galaxy Note 3 (Rooted)
Brother's Alcatel One Touch Evolve (Rooted)
Sister's LG Optimus F3 (Rooted)
