Default [Q] Update CWM and CyanogenMod?

Ok, so I recently rooted my SGS4G and Im running the Subtly Modified Stock with CWM5 + Voodoo Lagfix kernel (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1380331) and CyanogenMod 9.1.0 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1730954)
Basically I was wondering if I should update CWM, and if so how do I do it? And I'd like to update from CM9 to possibly CM10.1 (10.2 if possible), any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!
